Access to public information

• Public information is open and available to everyone, except the state, commercial and personal security designated information;
• Public information shall be submitted after providing a written application;
• Public information will be available immediately or no later than 10 days in the cases prescribed by law;
• Every citizen has the right to elect to receive public information form (copy, printed or electronic version) if it exists in different forms, as well as look through the information in the original.
